We went to vintana on Easter. First thing it was $85 plus 5 percent surcharge. Second thing was that they charged $20 per person for mimosas. Third thing the prime rib was very fatty and most pieces no chewable and ham was very dry. Fourth thing when I paid the bill the waiter gave me the bill and it was placed on 20 percent. When I had to get my food and some of my drinks like coffee and oj, does that really sound like the server earned 20%. The only good thing was patio and music. Would really like someone to contact me about our experience. My reservation was at noon and name Ray. I doubt anyone will contact me but lets see.

My wife and I had such a good experience trying Vintana for our first time! We went for her birthday and it was pretty open (lots of parking space and tables open, BUT it was a Wednesday). We really enjoyed the view (got to see the sunset) from our booth and it felt really intimate. Our server Kevin was so kind and very accommodating. He gave us space to eat but checked in every so often to make sure everything was just right. As for the food, I will say the portions are generous. You would think that for the type of restaurant Vintana is, the portions would be smaller but we were pretty much full after our appetizer and salad! Speaking of appetizers, the shishito pepper with pork belly is PHENOMENAL. Might just be personal preference but the dish was spot on and it was out favorite. Would also recommend the paella because they make it look really nice and pack it with seafood. For dessert, we ordered the key lime tart. We thought it would be a small piece but we literally got a huge bar. We were shocked (especially since we were SO full by then) and went on to eat half of it because it was so good. Always room for some dessert :) Overall, Vintana made my wife's birthday a very special one. We will definitely come back in the future and we believe the quality:portion:price is well worth it.

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I paid for the Valentine’s Day 3-course dinner ($115 pp). I selected outdoor seating with the rose pedals + bottle of champagne add-on, which was so worth it. They made a rose pedal heart on the table, and had live music outside with a talented singer playing love songs on her guitar and piano. The food was delicious. Small portions, but some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. The roasted pepper stuffed with aguachile was genuinely phenomenal. I honestly didn’t know what the other items were but I included their names in the captions of the attached photos, but everything was delicious. Our server was so friendly and made an effort to make our night special through attentive service, constantly keeping our glasses topped off. The restaurant is interestingly located above a Lexus dealership. You park in the lot, enter the dealership, then take an elevator to the top floor. The interior is gorgeous and has a large bar, with plenty of restrooms. Outdoor seating has patio heaters and a pretty fire pit. The view overlooks the city. For Chase Sapphire Reserve holders: yes, this restaurant is part of the CSR Exclusive Tables. You will get your $150 statement credit if you pay with the CSR. But be sure to reserve WELL IN ADVANCE on Open Table if you want to dine here, especially during a holiday/common celebration… On Valentine’s Day, pretty much all other exclusive table restaurants were booked and this one had two or three openings when I checked a week before Valentine’s Day.

Good friends wanted to take us to dinner to celebrate my birthday from last week. I suggested Vintana Wine + Dine and they secured a table for four next to the window and requested Ireland to be our server. Ireland is a fantastic server, wonderful personality and is studying to be a lawyer. She was remarkable. We started our evening with a cocktail (mind you, we had already polished off a couple outstanding bottles of wine). I ordered the Kinoko Old Fashioned. It was made with shiitake infused suntori toki whisky + madeira + brown sugar simple + house bitters. It was outstanding. We started our dinner splitting a Romaine Hearts Caesar Salad. This was baby gem romaine dressed with lemon anchovy dressing, garlic croutons, shaved Parmesan and a soft boiled egg. It was delicious. For my entree I went with the Macadamia & Coconut Crusted Sea Bass which came with garlic mashed potatoes, Sea Beans, roasted pineapple salsa and a ginger lime beurre blanc. It was a nice portion and very tasty. No birthday celebration is complete without dessert. I chose the Triple Chocolate Brownie with dollops of chocolate mousse, vanilla ice cream and ganache. Perfect ending to an outstanding dinner. Our dinner at Vintana was truly a five star event. Great view, outstanding service and delicious food. A wonderful memory made with good friends. Yes, this restaurant is anchored by a Lexus Dealership. But, once you're inside the restaurant you would never know.

This visit was disappointing. We visited here previously and enjoyed it but this time was sub par. We had reservations for outside and still had to wait 30+ minutes, which I can understand sometimes things run behind but I counted at least 6 empty tables that we could have sat at. Our server did not bother to check in at all and all our food was brought by different people. Our steak dinners were raw and not cooked how we ordered. So we sat for another 20 minutes until our server finally came over. Another 15 minutes and the chef brought us our steaks and asked us how we wanted them cooked. We explained they were raw and not cooked. He laughed and said okay. I asked for a fork and knife to cut into the steak so I can check to make sure this time it was cooked how we asked and he just walked away. The quality of food and service has gone down clearly.
