  This chain has lost all qualities that make a fast food joint. A 30 minute wait for 2 biscuits, hotcakes and apple pie is ridiculous. And receiving attitude for their incompetence is absurd. Next time I’ll drive the extra 7 minutes to go dennys where a wait time for the food is normal, the price will be about the same and the employees will be nicer

  Showed at location to deliver with notification saying order was ready at 1:55, took an extra 20+ after the pick up time for food to be actually ready to deliver, with employees working slow laughing it up with the managers, then the audacity to still wait for me to confirm it first, not my fault you took that long why hold me up on my delivery I was on time for?

  Food was good fries hot and Mcrispy was spicy like I asked but extremely slow service. I waited for 20 mineutes to get my food even though there was no one elce there.

  Tried the Big Arch. It was definitely a McDonald's burger. I liked it, feel it was a good value. Would order it again

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Happy Meals and a #6 meal. When ordering, I asked if I could get ranch, barbecue sauce, and ketchup. I didn’t specify an exact number because usually they include at least two sauces with each meal. When I got to the window, I asked the employee if the sauces were inside the bag, and the manager told me yes. However, when I opened one of the Happy Meals, there was only one ranch and no barbecue sauce. I politely told her that the barbecue sauce wasn’t there, but she insisted that she had put it in the bag. When I tried explaining that it really wasn’t there because I had just opened my child’s Happy Meal, she rolled her eyes at me and said that if I wanted more sauces, I would have to pay for them. I explained that I had ordered two kids’ meals, and sauces normally come with them, but instead of helping, she became very rude. She then accused me of “screaming” at her, which I was not doing, and shut the drive-thru window in my face. I was shocked by the attitude and lack of customer service over something as small as sauce. Because of how disrespectful the situation became, I returned my entire order and asked for a refund, even though my little one had already started eating. It’s unbelievable that the manager would lose a whole order and upset a customer over a couple of sauces. Very disappointing experience. Customer service should be much better than this
