  The sandwich was so delicious! The location was clean, and we didn't have to wait for our food. The staff was friendly and very helpful when we went inside.

  I ordered the grilled roast beef sandwich. I drove home about six minutes. They put way too much mayonnaise horse rash whatever it is the bread was all soggy and the stuff is dripping all over the place. The sandwich was completely I wasted $20.00. And how hard is it to cut a sandwich? It's really hard to eat when you don't cut it and I even asked you to cut it. And please don't ask me to share my review on some website. If you are corporate do your job and you reach out to the store. Update And you are still asking me to fill out some stupid survey which goes nowhere. again do your job. I'll never go to your restaurant again.

  The sandwich was good. The service was excellent. The place looks relatively new. The food tastes good, but it's a little bit expensive.

  Visited on 5/23/2025 at 7pm, Michael was our cashier. Had good sandwiches but here is why this store gets 1 star: The 2 guys working at JJs gave us the following story about why we weren’t allowed to use either of the restrooms “The keys have been locked in the bathrooms, as well as the spares. This has happened so many times that now we just cannot get into the bathrooms. The closest restroom is at the Habitat next door. And here’s the code 92***. “ While this codes works for the men’s bathroom it does not work for the women’s. How embarrassing to have to walk to another restaurant and have to ask for the code just to use the restroom. I have been to many Jimmy John’s in other states, I cannot imagine this is truly the policy of the company. Also what does this mean - that this store will never have a restroom for customers?? Is this even allowed in the state of California? I highly doubt it. Thank you for a good sandwich, but man Jimmy John’s get your act together and call a locksmith! Or here’s an idea, put a coded lock on the bathrooms!
