I stood in front of the register this morning, with my husband for a whopping 30 minutes with the 3 workers walking past, ignoring us. I gave them the benefit of doubt and decided to be patient. After being blatantly ignored for the 100th time, I asked one of the workers if they could take our order, she said NO 😬 that she had many orders ahead of us and the register wasn't even open and walked away. I was left there dumbfounded because there have been no one ahead of us in line. Perhaps she was speaking of drive-through orders? Who knows as I was left with no choice but to walk out, and take my money elsewhere. The whole 30 minutes I stood there, I observed the many orders they argued about doing wrong. DO NOT GO TO THE WENDY'S!!!!! they dont care about their customers one bit!!!

Horrible service no leadership all 4 people running around like chickens w their heads cut off still messing up orders. We went to huckleberry's instead.. Wendy's loss revenue..
