She walked away in the middle of me ordering a drink and never came back. It was so bazar… terrible leadership! Terrible service!

I have had a lot of orders messed up, it happens, but how do you miss the bun? The burger was stuck to the box and we made the best of it, but you may want to retrain your staff on the basics.
