  Told basically everyone at drive tru to park to get their order. Not sure why have a drive tru if that's happening.

  For whatever reason, every time I go to this location I’m always asked to pull around to the front because they ran out of fries. Every time. So I started to go to another location which is about a mile further, and is actually the original location that I used to go to until they built this one, and rarely am I asked to pull around to the waiting area. Only once in the last 12 months because they had a problem with the soda machine. Every now and then I’d come back to this location just to see if things have improved and it hadn’t. The only positive I have to say is that the people are usually friendly. I have filled out the survey on the receipt many times to voice this complaint and never received a response. Today I decided to try them again and was asked to pull around because they ran out of fries. Seriously?!? Either this store has a hard time planning or this part of Escondido consumes more fries. I am no longer returning to this location and will drive the extra mile to the other location on E. Valley Parkway.

  This McDonald is always crowded and everytime I go there i am always told to pull around and wait for my food. The parking area is super small and usually the slots reserved for waiting are completely full and the rest of the parking lot is very small so it as well so you ended up double parking waiting for your food. It's typical McDonald's food so nothing special. I've even gone inside rather than drive through and they have touchscreen ordering so you can self serve ordering but even going in we waited for 20 minutes to get the food, so this really isn't fast food anymore. Service is slow. The time before last the parking area was completely packed and the fal at the windows asked me to pull around and wait fie my food to come out and I told her there is no where to park because the parking lot was packed and I didn't want to double park and block someone in so i would like to just wait at the window for my food. She was so confused that she just stared at me and then got the manager who checked the parking lot saw I was right and said it was okay for me to wait at the window when I told them I'm not going to double park a block someone in and what difference would it make if the people behind me waited to get there food in the line behind me or had to pull around and wait in the parking lot it was quite obvious that no one was receiving their food at the window and was being told to go wait in the parking lot. The 4 cars in front of me all pulled up to the window were handed nothing and then pulled away to go wait elsewhere and that was contributing to the back up in the parking lot. Due to the location and street its difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and nowhere to park in it since it is super small. It is closest to where I live but am not going to use this McDonald anymore and will drive the extra 5 plus miles to a different location if I want McDonalds food. The prices at McDonald keep going up and up and it isn't inexpensive anymore either. You can go to a sit down place like an Applebee's or Dennys etc and get better food value and it better food for almost the same cost as McDonalds
