    The point of the McDonalds app is so you can order your food and it should be ready when you arrive or soon after you arrive. Twice now we order in advance and they have us pull to the side to wait. Waited for nearly 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

    This location sucks. Consistently forgetting things. To be fair I often order for multiple ppl. Always a fry or something short. I can't tell u how many times I have had to go in to get something they forgot. Today I didn't check had something on my mind. So obviously they forgot my two double cheese burgers so all I got was my drink for lunch. At least the food I ordered for everyone else was fine so I could watch them eat. Always check your order from this location before driving away. Always expect to have to pull forward and wait as well.

    The ladies were rude and I polite they did not give me my food even though it was already made and were completely ignoring me and looking at me impolitely I had to get the food myself because they did not hand it to me the manager lady was just laughing the hole time

    Manager Lucy was rude…. I was doing delivery I got there on time to pick up the order..I told her I’m going to use the bathroom real quick, when I got back she told me that I was late to pick up my order

    WOW!! The manager here was so kind amd helpful!!! Give that lady a raise!!! She just jumps right in and is so kind. I wish I would've got her name. They were busy, but the staff is so kind especially the manager that the wait is well worth it. My food came out hot and delicious! Thank you manager lady!!! You are a great person. Your help, you smile and your kindness will always keep me going back! I think the manager makes that busy McDonald's a great clean place to eat!
