I don’t know why the people making burgers here hate onions or are just too lazy to put onions on your burger but they will absolutely not put any onions on your burger and less you specifically ask them to and then it takes like 10 extra minutes for some reason.

Very disappointing experience and poor management I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this experience deserves it. We visited this McDonald’s with a valid discount code, but their system was down and the code would not work. Instead of offering any kind of solution or customer service, the managers on duty, Jonathan and Emily, simply said there was “nothing they could do.” That response is unacceptable, especially coming from management. System issues are not the customer’s fault, and a manager has the authority to make reasonable accommodations. A simple manual discount, alternative offer, or even a small courtesy adjustment would have gone a long way. Instead, we were met with an unhelpful attitude and zero effort to make things right. Great customer service is about problem-solving, not hiding behind a broken system. This situation could have easily been turned into a positive experience, but the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help ensured it wasn’t. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope upper management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training on customer service and empowerment for their managers. Until then, I won’t be returning to this location.
