  Fui a comprar un desayuno el sábado 10 de enero la manager nombre Lorena no me quiso abrir el baño tube que ir por segunda ves y unas de las empleadas me dejó usar el baño un llamado alos dueños de estos negocios y pedimos una avena y no traía nada de agua ni leche

  I had the worst customer experience ever today on 01/02/26 at 6:00pm. My boyfriend had ordered his food through his app. Since he was busy at work, I went to this McDonald’s exactly at 5:59pm to pick up his order. The manager “ Meli “, I believe was her name, since she would ignore every time I asked for her name and had to hear it from another employee. Well she said they had thrown the food away because it had been there for 30 mins and wanted me to reorder it and double purchase an order they threw away. While in the app it didn’t say anything but expected to be ready at 6:01 pm. I proceeded to explain that in the app it didn’t say anything about only 30 mins window pick up. Then she decided to completely ignore me while she wasn’t even busy and had another employee named Jonathan talk to me. Jonathan who then told me I needed to bring my boyfriend and his phone where the order was input from and assured me that he would then remake the order. My boyfriend ASKED for permission to leave work for 15 mins and once he got there they denied to remake the food even after they saw his app order and everything. Unbelievable! I have never ever taken the time to write a bad review. However, not even McDonald’s deserves a manager as incompetent as the one it that shift.

  Cora could use an extreme class in training and customer service. When asking for ketchup she rolled her eyes as if I was having her do an impossible and an out of the way job. Then when asking about if everything was in bag.. "YOU WANNA CHECK " Really lady,... wow! You are representing a huge company and this is your customer service. Needs work! A lot of it.

  GROSS!! Disgusting pubic hair in food! I called the manager who refused to provide her name and once I told her what happened she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. EDIT: Contacted upper management and was told they would deal with my complaint “tomorrow” and promised to email me back because she’s done for the day. It’s 2:45pm on a Monday..
