You can tell whether a Jamba Juice has a good culture based on whether they give you a little overflow cup with your smoothie when you get whey protein added. It’s not required by the employees and takes them an extra second. But when they do, it’s usually a sign they go the extra mile in other ways too. Props to the guy working today for going the extra mile.
