I stood in line for 15 minutes with two cashiers working. I chose Gabriel's line. He was incredibly slow and clearly didn't know produce codes as he kept calling for help. The other cashier was is an over sharing female who selfadmittedly doesn't like taking her ADHD meds. There was no movement in either line and the older man with an unkempt grey beard was at self check out kept calling people that got in line way after me. I said that I had been in line longer than the others he had taken. He said he would help me next, but the person he called before me told me to go ahead. As I walked up to the checkstand he was at he said to another clerk that he was helping me because I threw a fit. I said that he would not speak to me that way and demanded a manager. He said he was a manager. I said I wanted his manager and he said he called Sean. Sean the store manager came out and I told him what transpired. He said he would handle it. I am seriously disappointed with the downward slide thia store has taken in customer service

My sister had let me know that when she went to use it, she received a message saying “no value”. While i understand mistakes happen, Rob offered no help other than saying to go in-person to resolve the issue. He was not friendly and extended 0 apologies for their store’s wrongdoing. I live an hour from this store so going in-person is very inconvenient. This experience has made me never want to shop here again, truthfully.
