  I think Dairy Queen is cooked /: I went for a dipped cone. Was not fully dipped. I also got a burger. Asked me to park around the corner. After about 15 mins of not knowing if I’m supposed to go inside or keep waiting I go inside. No burger. They misplaced it and it would take 10 mins to make another one 🥲 no more DQ for me. Spoke to my friends when I got home and same thing has happened to them. I would just say you prefer to wait esp. if no one is behind you. They apologized and got refund at least.

  Terrible decision. Came in bought food and ice cream through drive thru , I was sent out front while I waited for the food. Unfortunately I ordered flame thrower chicken stripes and was given regular chicken strips. Ok no problem, I came back in told the worker “I’m missing the sauce the stripes were spoused to have. It’s no problem if you can give me a side of the sauce.” She then proceed to take the box of food back so I mentioned “ I touched the food when I opened the box” she looked back laughed and continued to take the food back I watched her HAND PICK out the chicken from my box of food I brought into the stores heater compartment to be given to other customers 1. I opened the box in my car 2. Told her I touched the food 3. She put back the food I touched and she touched with her bare hands to be given to other customers.

  Poor service, not enough people to work. Waited 10 minutes for staff to look at me and the others to see who was going to wait on us. So I left. If you don't mind waiting for a while, go to Dairy Queen.

  Always have a soft spot in my heart for this DQ, I used to get a cookies and cream every other Friday after swim team :)
