  Server got attitude when I asked for fresh chicken after I asked if the chicken was fresh and was honestly informed by another worker that I was receiving a mix of fresh and chicken from previous day. It's gross that they even serve meat from the day before. With the prices a customer should never receive day old meat! The server served the rest of the people with an attitude as well and with stingy portioning, all because of asking for fresh food! Rolling her eyes even when asked for extra salsa and cheese since her portioning was pathetic. I kept thinking after, I should have walked out instead of paying.

  Come here often and get the same items . The last 2 times I've ordered food we have got mini burritos and half bowls . Not sure if there trying to save a buck but when you order the same thing consistently and get way less , it's a good way to lose a weekly customer. Frustrated enough to write a review , do better Chipotle!

  I was the only person in line, yet the crew was too busy talking amongst themselves to notice me. I should have left but i was looking forward to the food. Only to receive inconsistant portions. I was so thrown off by the size of the bowl, i forgot to get chimichurri, which is half the reason i went in the first place. Food was very bland. A pinch of salt goes a long way. Guac oxidized in 20 of my drive. Typically when that happened its only on the surface. All of my guac was brown all the way through. It didnt look brown in the store. My picó had green tomates throughout... dont know what going on over there, but 16 dollars for a bowl of un seasoned food and brown guac is not something I would sign up for again. I was still hungry afterward...

  Update: I reached out directly to Chipotle per their comment below, their email response to me is pasted below my review. Basically changes nothing. Original Review: For about a decade our family has gone to this Chipotle Mexican Grill almost every week. We typically order the exact same thing each time, including kids meals with extra kids cheese quesadillas. Historically, when we added an extra kids quesadilla we were simply charged about $1.65 as an extra side, which seemed reasonable and consistent with how they’ve handled it for years. This visit was completely different. We ordered four kids meals and added three extra kids cheese quesadillas. Instead of the usual side charge, we were suddenly charged $3.80 per extra kids quesadilla. For context, a full kids meal is $5.55, so charging $3.80 for just the quesadilla alone makes very little sense. On top of that, we asked for sour cream and green salsa with one of the meals and were told those would each be charged as sides at $1.65 each. In ten years of ordering at Chipotle (mostly this location, but also others occasionally) we have never once been charged separately for sour cream or green salsa with a meal. The general manager was apparently working that day and tried to explain the pricing, but he was speaking so quickly it was hard to even understand what he was saying. The gist seemed to be that employees had been charging things incorrectly before and that he was “losing money,” so they were now charging differently. The end result: • 3 extra kids quesadillas at $3.80 each • 2 “sides” at $1.65 each That added roughly $15 to our order. Ironically, for almost the same price we could have ordered three additional kids meals, which would have included: • the three quesadillas • nine sides • three more chips • three more drinks That makes the pricing feel inconsistent and illogical. After ordering the same meals weekly for nearly a decade, having the bill suddenly jump by about 30% for the exact same food was frustrating. We’ve visited other Chipotle locations over the years and never had issues ordering these items the way we did today. Very disappointing experience at what used to be our regular family spot. Customer Service Email: Thank you so much for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. We're always looking to make things right. I am so sorry for the unexpected charges you experienced. We have left it to the discretion of our restaurants to decide how they would like to implement extra charges. Some restaurants may charge you about 30 cents to $1.15 if you get 3 or more extra sides, while others will charge if you get it on top of your entree as well as a side cup of it. Typically, if the sides or extras will comfortably fit in the bowl then you may not be charged. Let me know if I can do anything else for you!
