My order goes through and I drive towards the B-K store to pickup 2 quarts of this a specific flavor at the designated pickup time to give as a gift for someone that craves that specific flavor. I call as I am driving there to verify the 2 quarts will be ready only to be told "Oh, sorry but we don't have that flavor but you can pick another flavor that we do have." "But I ordered a specific flavor that online is shown as in stock." "Oh, we don't have any control over what is on the website. You can come in and get 2 other flavors or you can cancel your order." "No, I would.like you to cancel the order as I am driving." "We can't do that on our end. You ordered it so you have to cancel your order." Extremely unprofessional. What is the pont of being able to order online if the listed flavors may not be available? And to hear that the local B-K store has no control over what flavors are listed online is ridiculous. And, as if I did something wrong, I get to cancel my order. And my family member doesn't get the gift of 2 quarts of their favorite flavor!

Only way to get full refund was to bring the whole cake back untouched so how would I have noticed the hair ? If I had to cut in slices very nasty as kids ate from this cake and this was the last slice of cake how would I have noticed before hand ? U can clearly see hair coming from inside the cake

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
