They seem to keep some chicken and specific sides under heat lamps, but make more as needed and remove items from display after some period of time. If you want 'fresh' or say the shrimp or fired fish, the people working at the counter said to call in your order and it will be ready for pickup in about 15 minutes. The chicken is pretty good tasting, if plain, fried chicken and isn't spicy, but there is some sort of seasoned marinade in the meat. Considering this a gas station's convenience store, it's actually pretty good.
