- NRno rain1 day ago1.0Absolutely horrible smell as soon as you pull into parking lot. Smells like nasty sewer. Customer Service was not up to par. Server didn't get the order right. The food was dry & this is the second time that I dined at this restaurant and they did not have the stiffed shells. Don't Waste your time coming here.

- GMGabriel MezaJan 13, 20261.0While I’ve had such amazing experiences with all other locations in the past, this was both of our first time having a bad experience at any Buca, and feels like a terrible representation. I went in excited to share a wonderful meal with a friend for the first time in years, and we decided on Buca di Beppo for its’ food portions and quality. The entire experience was a culmination of us being left to wait to be sat for 10 minutes, being told we’d be given a few minutes to decide on food and then being forgotten, and then being rushed out 30 minutes before close by the staff. One man in particular only saying “you finished?” while we are still eating. He then moved on to standing in the corner glaring at us so he could grab the plates immediately off the tables as I’m still in the process of putting things in the to go boxes and waiting for the check to be picked up. We felt uncomfortable and like we were not welcome, so we thought we’d quickly wash our hands and leave and in the middle of looking were told by the same glaring man “that way.” with a sarcastic tone and smirk assuming I could not find the door I came in through. I won’t be back, and neither will any of my friends or family.
