- SRShyanna RaeMar 24, 20261.0Mica or chavelita (the name they gave us) and Felix are the worst Dunkin employees i have ever encountered. Had the audacity to give my mom attitude well within closing time to make her drink, rolled their eyes, smacked her lips, then told us we should be thankful for them because they could have plainly refused to do their jobs. There was a couple in front of us that walked in at the same time, they too talked to Felix about how ridiculous it was that they treated my mother this way. When asking their names they refused to give it to us, until I saw his name tag in his hat and said I will be contacting corporate. Which I have as well. They also refused us from using the restroom as well before that just stating that it is closed. As an avid Dunkin goer this is disgusting behavior from the brand, ive never been to this one specifically and will never go back. Save your money and go to the one 1 mile from here. Way nicer employees that actually wanna work.

This will be dunkin I visit going forward just because of her. The barista behind the counter whose name I didn't catch was also very attentive. Please keep up the excellent customer service.
