  had a very uncomfortable experience at this store that I feel needs to be addressed. While I was there, I overheard a manager telling a cashier to “keep an eye on me.” The tone and context made it feel like I was being singled out, and it came across as discriminatory and inappropriate. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and not be judged or profiled based on my appearance. Hearing something like that created a hostile and unwelcoming environment, and it made me feel uneasy for the rest of my visit. No one should feel like they’re being watched or treated differently while simply trying to shop. I hope the business takes this seriously and provides better training to its staff, especially management, on how to treat customers fairly and professionally. I’m sharing this so others are aware, and in the hope that changes are made so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

  Bad experience! I ordered table service but got pick up service. I was given an empty cup and expected to fill it myself. I finally got the tray brought to my table but got an attitude from the person who brought me the tray when I asked him to bring me the coke I ordered instead of the empty cup. When I opened my sandwich the cheese was half off it. Fortunately the manager was sitting next to me while all this happened. He was very friendly and apologized for what happened and had a new sandwich prepared for me. He had recently taken over this location and said he had a lot of work to do to fix the issues he observed but he would. The only reason I will come back is the manager. His name was Efren.

  I ordered using the App and arrived 10 minutes later. Food wasn't ready until another 10 minutes (or longer).
