I arrived asking for help and the three people that were behind the counter Saturday morning were really nice and helpful. I want to thank the baker, Mr. Siavash, in particular! He is amazing! He looked at the inspiration picture we had and made the cake in just an hour! The cake looked even better than the one in the picture! And, on top of it, it really tasted very good! Me and my family are forever grateful!

This is not how we act in Cali. He also couldn’t help me with my coupon. Mind you I was being calm and even sympathized with him for being “alone” in the store until the other cashier walked up to the customer service desk. What sparked his outrage? Idk? I was talking with the other employee after paying for my stuff and asked him how he liked working here and how the other stores I go to are usually helpful. A little bit annoyed but mind you I was NOT aggressive whatsoever and didn’t even speak to him much until he interrupted our conversation and aggressively came over and asked if I needed anything in a loud voice. Mind u he also stepped away as a cashier helping another person when he did this. Did he think I was harassing the other employee? No definitely not I was just talking with him. What a weirdo. I’m reporting it to corporate actually already called. He ruined my whole shopping trip after I already had a very good customer service when talking with the deli guy.
