This isn’t surprising, considering how many fruits and vegetables are crucial to Mediterranean cuisines, like chickpeas and olives, for example.
While we have many other vegan options on our menu, we’ve designed a dish especially for vegans. Our vegan bowl consists of housemade falafel served on top of a bed of lettuce tossed with lemon vinaigrette and topped with Greek cabbage, chickpea salad, cucumber, tomato, and a drizzle of our vegan tahini sauce. Although you won’t see these options if the menu is toggled to vegan, many of our vegetarian dishes can be made vegan by subbing the tzatziki with tahini sauce and removing dairy products like feta cheese.
Our vegetarian friends also have plenty on our menu that they can enjoy. The veggie bowl is made up of the same ingredients as our vegan bowl, but this dish has tzatziki instead of tahini sauce. All of our wraps can be made vegetarian, too, if you substitute the protein for falafel
