I'm waiting, and I see someone come to the same place, place their order, and pay. I'm talking about the payment-only place. So, just so you understand, they're not standing in the place where you need to order; they're already standing at the payment counter, but they're still placing their order. At least they kicked me out and asked me to go to the supposedly correct place. Okay, I moved on. I'm not a coffee pro, but making a cappuccino so hot that you can't even hold the glass in your hands and it burns your tongue isn't very good coffee, would you agree? That's the kind of service and rating you guys have... I'll probably send my guys there too, let them try their coffee.
