The employees look so overworked and upset to be there. I know it’s not their fault they probably have so many responsibilities and little support. I blame management for this obvious issue. It’s apparent the employees are not happy and it reflects in the food. My salad bowl had all this liquid at the bottom of the bowl. Try eating a wet salad with half an inch of broth. Disgusting and will never go there again. I don’t blame the employees, this is an obviously a management/corporate issue. I blame the people at the top not at the bottom of this company. No more soupy salads. Barf!

Fantastic food and service, would highly recommend. Salad portions are great and the sauces are so flavorful. The cinnamon sugar pita are a perfect little sweet treat. Janna provided great service and was very friendly.

Amazingly delicious, healthy and filling! I would eat here everyday if I could. For the mid price point, its easily 2 meals worth of food. Sauce game goes hard, really high quality meat.

This was my second time visiting CAVA, and honestly, it’ll be my last. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked what I wanted, but the portions were really small — especially for how expensive everything is. The guy making my bowl (didn’t catch his name) added the sauce, then accidentally got some on his shirt. He left to wipe it off and never came back! I waited there awkwardly until another employee finished helping her own customer and asked if I’d been helped. I told her I had been, but the first guy had disappeared. She ended up ringing me up, and I asked for pita chips — but, just like my first visit, they didn’t have any.
Overall, the service was poor and the portions don’t match the price. Definitely not worth coming back for a third time

I used to come to this CAVA almost every day and never had issues, but lately it’s been really disappointing. The service has gotten super slow, it’s messy inside, and even though there are plenty of employees, everyone looks stressed and nobody greets you or seems ready to help.
I was literally the only person in line, and still waited because everyone was doing everything except taking my order. My pita bread was cold, the scoop of rice was so tiny (and when I asked for a little more, they wanted to charge extra), and the chicken portion was small too — I ended up having to pay for extra.
This location used to be great, but something has definitely gone downhill. I really hope management fixes whatever’s going on because it used to be one of my favorite spots.
