Everything was perfecttttt! Besides both me and my wife’s bowls were a little skimpy and I feel like for the price it should be a good portion but that’s just me wanting to give honest feedback! Hope you appreciate that!

First time trying cava and this was actually a really lovely healthy option for lunch
It's going to tell you I love you to build your own world and give you an unlimited amount of vegetable toppings to add without any extra charge. Three sauces is also quite abundant and we went all out and made something with tzatziki roasted red pepper hummus and the eggplant sauce.
Also got the spicy harissa chicken and the date vinaigrette.
Overall, it was really delicious big bowl where all the flavors went well together. The sweet spicy Vibe was absolutely perfect.
Got the super greens mix and the romaine mix for the bottom so didn't even need the pita crisps on the top for crunch. Overall a good bowl.

I’ve been to CAVA three times over the years and each time the staff made me feel uncomfortable, as if I should already know how the menu works. As someone who doesn’t visit often, a little more patience and kindness when explaining options would go a long way. It would also really help if the signs and labels were bigger and easier to see. Clearer signage would likely save staff time and make the experience less frustrating for customers who aren’t regulars. I like the food and want to enjoy the experience, but the staff approach and menu clarity need improvement.

I love cava I’m not usually one to leave reviews but i have only been to 2 locations this one and carmel mountain.BY FAAAAR Carmel Mountain takes the cake. I was super disappointed by the bowl I received. I ordered online delivery since i was at work this was the location closest to me so i also paid for that fee, There’s no reason I should have paid $34 for JUST the bowl and receive less food than what I would have received in store. I paid for extra steak so I’m not being unreasonable. safe to say that definitely was missed as well as some of the other toppings I asked for. I asked for extra toppings as well and I was given less than regular portions. I would know since I go very often. I will not be ordering from this location again please do better for the next customer.

My friend and I went after looking this place up and seeing it has 4.5 stars. Don't let that fool you. This was our first, and last, time there and we didn't even get as far as ordering food. Before walking into this place my eyes were drawn to how filthy the windows were. Hand prints and smears and grime on every window and door. When we got inside and asked the only employee behind the counter where we should start our order, she completely ignored us. A customer who was leaving kindly pointed us towards the far end. As we walked past the cashier we were so grossed out at how messy the food prep/service area was that we took one look at each other, turned around and walked out-- no words needed. It also didn't help that there were a couple of flies buzzing around us. I'm typically someone who will give second chances but I absolutely will not at this place.
