What is the point of ordering ahead if my order is being made AT THE RESTAURANT??? this is the 4th time this has happened. And dont give me that. "You need to select your are already there" advice I already do that 10 minutes before I arrive and my food still magically isnt ready but im seeing for here orders carried out left and right 👎 its even WORSE when I come as a delivery driver!

Drove 20 minutes which is fine and walked inside to get my to go order. When I got my order I looked to make sure all was well. I should have looked in the box which literally is the same box for 3 count chicken strips. Got home and it was a box of hash browns. I called and asked to speak to the manager. Usually I would be super cool about it but she put me on hold and after 15 minutes of waiting never came back. For a manager that is poor customer service. I will not return!
