- MSMCMSF SupportOct 7, 20251.0Awful experience every time I visit this location — and this will be my last. The staff here consistently lack attentiveness and professionalism. They’re often unfriendly, argumentative, and don’t seem to listen to what customers are ordering, which forces you to repeat yourself multiple times. On top of that, Subway has raised prices again — now $9.69 for just a half sandwich. Between poor service and inflated prices, it’s simply not worth it anymore. I’m done taking the “Subway” — I’ll walk instead.

I was so embarrassed and there were others in the store as well. I called the store manager and ended up getting the difference back in cash but only after having to take extra time to explain it..as the employee made sure to go in the back and call the manager on her personal cell phone before I ate and called her to complain. Only an employee in the wrong would run to the back and call a manager... to make sure she got her side of the story in first.. with a store full of customers waiting to be helped. Will never go back! Now I will need a new quick lunch spot for when I am in area for work once a month.
