- FFFMSep 26, 20254.0The young man (#006) who served me on 9/9/25 was unusually polite, considerate and extremely helpful. It was quite unexpected. Subway food is not very different one store from another. Differences among stores are mostly location and customer service. The latter is usually either ok or subpar at Subway. Some stores charge extra for toasting and won't allow the use of gift card, can hardly speak English, and sometimes are downright rude. How refreshing to be served by this wonderful young man who patiently responded to my requests, always with a smile. I regret not getting his name, he is tall, a big guy, young and so friendly. Thank you.

Called a 2nd time because said order was ready and I was told by someone they canceled the order. Called a 3rd time because nothing was done. Now they say they cant do anything because it happened yesterday.
