Compared to the othet Wingstops I've been at so far, this one has much less grease, more seasoning, and quicker service than any other. The seasoned fries in particular are amazing. The lemon pepper dry rub for the wings is the best option here in my opinion.

After we ate 2 pieces of chicken we noticed it was hard to swallow. I then examined the other pieces of chicken to find all of them had feathers still attached to them. At this point we call wing stop and ask if we can either get our order replaced or refunded back our money. The associate on the phone tells us to come back and they will handle it. Mind you it was an online order which we only had for 15 minutes.My husband goes in and the manger on duty is rude and refuses to help us. She then tells us to come back in the morning to talk to another manager and there is nothing she can do for us. She demands us to take home the feathered pieces of chicken and tells us once again to try in the morning, she will not refund us our money.At this point I am extremely disappointed of how we are being treated. My 3 year old daughter consumed some of the bad batch chicken, I am completely flabbergasted of the customer service we received. We are regulars at this location, for the employees and manger on duty to treat us like this is very disappointing. The fact that no one from wing stop wanted to offer their help is disgusting.
