  I’m giving this store a complete ZERO, based off of an alleged manager. I’m not sure of the young man’s name, but he did have a heavy accent, that was of Indian decent. His accent nor race has anything to do with my problem, I just unfortunately, d not have his name. Anywho, I called the store because few moneys ago, my order was made completely wrong, but I spoke with the manager Tommy. They stayed as long as I come within a year, my order will be remade. Now where this is where the young man comes in. I call today, inform them of what happened and that I’m back in town. The young man claimed to be the manager, and when I was asking him questions he told me to “calm down”, to which I replied “I’m not yelling, being rude, or cussing at you. Don’t tell me to calm down”. He then told me to calm down again. I repeated my statement and also said “maybe you need to calm down, because you seem flustered”. He then started talking to a man in the background, because he was unable to answer any of my questions AND then he started to talk to a woman in the background. That is when I stated that maybe he should put one of them on the phone since he is unable to answer my questions. He then proceeded to say that the General Manager will be in tomorrow at 12 or 1, and then hung up. I called quite a few times after and NO ONE answered the phone. I’ll happily be following up with corporate about this:)

  The drive‑thru was quick, and the food tasted just like you’d expect from Taco Bell.

  This Taco Bell in Laguna met operational expectations. Order accuracy was high, wait times aligned with typical fast-food benchmarks, and food temperatures remained within appropriate ranges. Staff interactions were brief and functional. Facility cleanliness was consistent with standard requirements. Overall, a predictable fast-food experience.

  Good grief, I can't believe I'm praising Taco bell. But I think Taco Bell is the White Castle of the West Coast just buy yourself a12 pack of crispy tacos and a burrito supreme and a tostada if they have them. I have to admit the food tastes pretty good but don't forget a lot of hot sauce. Also, go to the east coast and get about 12 White Castle hamburgers for proper balance. Thank God I still try to work out daily so I don't turn into Jabba the Hutt.
