  The staff at this restaurant acted shockingly rude and unprofessional. Honestly, it seemed like they had no respect at all for their customers. I asked specifically for my pepper jack cheese to be toasted with the steak, not for my vegetables to be cooked in the oven. Somehow, that simple instruction just went right over their heads. Rather than fixing the mistake smoothly, one of the workers called the manager over the telephone, and they remade my whole order, which meant I had to wait around another 10 or 15 minutes—just for a sandwich. Sadly, I couldn’t even keep the first prepared Subway sandwich as gesture of goodwill for their rowdy customer care services, because those young lady employees snatched the brown bag back so bad as if they literally wanted to eat it together themselves during afterhours. It’s as if these workers think they run the place, yet the building doesn’t even belong to them; the government owns it, and it’s here to serve the public. The arrogance was unbelievable. After I’d already paid online, one of the employees nearly took away my cookies, acting like she could do whatever she wanted, and she barely even communicated with me properly. Her English was so unclear, and she just assumed I would automatically speak Hindi or Punjabi. There was no attempt to make sure I understood or to provide real customer service. When I placed my second order—the exact one I’m talking about now—the staff stared at me with dirty looks, and their behavior just screamed that they didn’t want to be working at Subway. Their indirect flat-out body language said Subway isn’t a good place to work because it’s hectic fast-paced, every word and action made it clear they hated their jobs. Their laziness hit a limit: they openly rejected providing service or looked for ways to avoid doing the bare minimum, acting like the customers should be making their own sandwiches. Honestly, dealing with these entitled workers was exhausting. It felt like they just wanted to lounge around and let people fend for themselves. This is not what customer service should look like. The way these employees acted—so dismissive and blatantly unprofessional—makes me think something needs to change fast. This particular Subway location desperately needs better staff members who actually care about treating customers well. The situation was honestly unbelievable, and I hope someone steps in soon to turn things around.

  Customer service is always as excellent as the food. The inside of the store is clean whenever I stop by and service is prompt. Highly recommend this location.

  Kirat has great customer service and makes the best sandwiches Kirat is always nice and has great customer service and great food and one of the best subway to visit
