I had to ask a few different people their thoughts to make sure I wasn’t tripping— a few days ago there was a woman who made my sandwich and forgot to charge me for extra cheese, cool an honest mistake right. When I returned another day the manager joked about it and actually charged me twice for it on that order— yup twice. It’s not about the small amount of money; it’s about the principle and professionalism— this left a bad taste for me, this location has lost a returning paying customer reaching for a $1.39 charge a day later.

I must say this is the most disgusting sandwich I ever had and I threw it in the garbage. This place is not worth eating at if they can’t get your order correct. Save your money eat somewhere else.

The girl at the counter was very friendly & suggested sandwiches that were cheaper for a footlong! I would say excellent service, friendly staff, & we definitely will be coming here again! Everything was clean & fresh. No flies buzzing around (very important!). This is now my favorite Subway!
