  Because of the inept left, the $20 wage has eliminated many jobs. I miss the human contact. And the former employees miss having a job.

  I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like everytime i come here i get bad service. The same 2 people are always working and they also have an issue. This time they wouldn't honor the app coupon I tried to use. Everytime I come here I wait at minimum 20 minutes. For only 2 burgers nuggets and pies. I used to work for McDonald's and we had a 5 minute or less policy. Definitely not here. Also they have forgotten to give me items on 4 different occasions. When I asked for some kind of compensation, they said no. I only go to this one because it is somewhat walking distance. Walking home to find youre missing a 20 piece nugget is very upsetting. I've tried calling managers about the service, forgotten items, and long wait time, but been ignored or never contacted. I also feel like I have to leave this review on an account without my name because I don't want to get worse service in the future. Overall very sad with this place. After working at McDonald's for 2 years, I don't know how they are able to operate at this. Several of my coworkers have also had bad experiences and they drive to further locations to avoid the bad service and long wait times.
