  I order a big Mack and big fries and big cup of Coke and they give me Diet Coke they are so slow and don’t know what to give you. Such a stupid worker give the costumer the diet coke instead of normal coke

  My experience was not good at all at this mcdonalds I ordered food at around 1 AM and came to pick it up at 1:10 AM and once I went back home they had forgotten a whole entire bag off food including 3 cookies and 2 cheeseburgers. Once I came back to get my food at 1:30 AM they had said they were closed even though I was just at their drive thru 10 minutes ago. The lady wasn’t very polite about it either.

  the worst McDonald in Elk Grove, no one help me picking up my order. I went there pick up my online order, it's just 3 apple pie. I waited there 32 min and no help

  I’m disappointed with my recent experiences at McDonald’s. Every time I order French fries, they come out cold instead of hot and fresh. Fries are supposed to be one of the best items on the menu, but getting them cold repeatedly is frustrating. I hope the staff can pay more attention to serving them fresh, because this really affects the overall quality of the meal.
