  Way under proportioned at this location. Got a 6 inch meatball marinara, almost a third of my bread didn't have any food or even sauce on it. I ordered pepperoni with it (extra cost) and they put a single slice of pepperoni. Not great

  Service is always excellent here. I often order from the app and they make the subway well. Five star!

  Ordered through the app for the meal of the day (first time using the app) and when I arrived to pick up my food, the women were giggling and talking and just stared and did not greet me. I looked at the online pick up spot and it was empty. One of the women then said “Are you here for pickup?” And I said yes and gave my name. They gave me a bag with my 6’ sub. They were not working just standing behind the counter and talking. At least pretend to work or clean. I had to get my own chips and remind them of my drink. What’s the purpose of ordering online if the chips aren’t in the bag and the cup is not ready? Where’s the convenience? Even McDonald’s have better service. I do not recommend this Subway. They don’t have good customer service and are unprofessional. Also, it was very little meat in my sandwich, mostly veggies. I basically ate a vegetable sandwich. There are way better sub restaurants in Elk Grove who give a decent amount of meat for a fair price such as West Coast Sourdough, Togo’s, Earl of Sandwich, and Sourdough & Co, etc. Try those places.

  Ordered a footlong at this Subway location and it was not acceptable. The bread was noticeably short and smaller than a standard footlong, and the ingredients were skimmed heavily. This felt like cutting corners and poor value for the price. I expect consistency from a chain like Subway, and this location did not deliver

  I've been here multiple times, and noticed that the workers will skimp on the ingredients. If your around the area just go to the other Subway on Elk Grove and Big Horn instead.
