- MSMargaret Santos4 days ago1.0I had the worst fast food experience ever! I placed an online order at 7:46pm and received a confirmation that it would be ready at 8:06pm. However, when I went to collect my order at 8:07pm, it wasn't ready. I had to go back to the counter to pick it up at 8:09pm, only to find out they had forgotten my milkshake. The staff member, Tiffany, told me it would take another 5 minutes. After finishing my burger, I followed up on my milkshake at 8:25pm, but the two ladies discussing it didn't hand it over to me. I noticed they were handing out seven other milkshake orders before mine, so I went to the counter again. This time, they said it still wasn't ready, even though they had just handed a vanilla milkshake to another DoorDash order. Frustrated after waiting 30 minutes for my milkshake, I asked for a refund, but they refused since it was a mobile order. When I asked if I could get a gift card of the same amount instead, they declined that too. I'm extremely disappointed and my daughter is heartbroken because the establishment failed to deliver her milkshake due to their incompetence. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
