The employees act like they don’t care at all about customers. One time I asked for help finding something, and the worker told me word for word “I don’t know where it is, and don’t ask me again.” Another time, at self-checkout, I called for help and was told, “It’s your fault, you chose the wrong item.” How am I supposed to know everything in their computer? This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of training, respect, and professionalism. The management clearly doesn’t care because they already have enough customers. But this is not how a store should treat people. Very rude employees, zero respect for customers absolutely disappointing experience every time.

I value great customer service and have experienced it here first hand on numerous occasions including the female manager (so sorry I don’t know your name). Most recently Azucena helped me at self checkout with my reward points. She was so patient and kept on until she figured it out. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to help.
