Even though the store was busy with a steady line, the team handled everything efficiently. Our order came out hot, fresh, and completely correct — which is impressive during a rush. I was a little disappointed that my usual everything bagel was out of stock, but I decided to try the French toast bagel instead — and honestly, it more than made up for it. It was warm, soft, and perfectly sweet without being overpowering. It ended up being a hit not just for me, but for my whole family. What really stood out to me was the lead working at the time. David and his crew were on it, and he went out of his way to include my kids in the process — talking to them, making them feel involved, and creating a welcoming experience even during a busy rush. That level of attention really impressed me. If anyone has had a bad experience in the past, I’d encourage you to give them another shot. David and his team are clearly stepping up their game and working hard to make every visit a great one. We’ll definitely be stopping by again next time we’re in the area.
