This McDonald’s has the worst drive thru. They can never get your order right: it’s the absolute worst. You get instructed to park and somehow they still screw up. They have literally given our order to someone else our last 3 visits. You want to save time don’t go here.

My order had already been prepared and was ready for pickup, but the staff at the front counter did not acknowledge customers who were waiting. There was a person who appeared to be a manager standing nearby. Despite clearly seeing customers waiting at the counter, this person also ignored us and did not provide any assistance.
As a result, I had to wait unnecessarily even though my order was already completed. This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing, especially from someone who seemed to be in a supervisory role.
I hope this issue can be addressed and that staff members receive proper training on customer service and responsibility.

I went to pick up my order, and the experience was very disappointing. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or explaining anything politely, they spoke with a bad attitude and made the situation uncomfortable. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially from a manager. I do not recommend this location if you expect respectful service.
