  This gotta be the worst McDonald’s in the the whole Franchise came here 5 times over the course of 2023 -2025 multiple times orders have been wrong add ins have been missed. They miss when it comes to putting the fries in the bag.

  Ordered 4 drinks to take home to my family....2 diet coke, 1 unsweetened tea and a diet dr pepper. Got home, NONE of them were diet, all regular....checked the receipt and they were all inputted correctly, just whoever filled them didnt care to make sure they were diet. Also, when he handed me the drinks he let go of the drink carrier before I had a good grip on them, because he was busy listening to a conversation behind him,causing me to spill them a bit and almost dropping them. Super disappointed since they were just drinks 😔

  The good is shit here, the person taking my order messed up the cost, the type of drink I wanted and my burger bro. They gave me a mcdouble with no sauce just the buns and meat. I went the the bathroom and there was no sip the lady manager tried to say it's there you just have to hit it a certain way. And then I tried to go back to fix the drink, cost, and burger and they were no help. The manager assumed her employee was right he did count the money correctly, and took his side over the customers. After 5 minutes of waiting for her to come back after reviewing the cameras which I'm not sure she even got to I left. Because they were being unhelpful and taking forever. I don't ever suggest this location go to the one on elk Grove Blvd they have fresh fries and don't overcharge you or anything and there's always working soap dispensers. I don't care to get a response from this location about my post or problems I ran into.

  The store shows an extra value meals sign outside. The sign clearly says the McCrispy sandwich is included in the extra value meals. However when I tried to order it (twice), I was told the McCrispy sandwich is not included in the extra value meals but the McChicken sandwich is included. This is false advertising as the sign outside says the McCrispy is included. McDonald's website also says the McCrispy is included. Either the employees need to be trained, or change the sign.
