Heads up if you're planning to do a mobile order. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, I couldn’t input my parking number, so I went inside. Anthony at the front told me my order had been canceled. I was extremely upset because he claimed they cancel orders if they aren’t picked up within 30 minutes — yet it hadn’t even been 15 minutes since I placed mine.
I checked my bank account and saw I was charged, so I asked for a refund. He told me he couldn’t do anything about it, and I ended up leaving with no food that I had already paid for. Horrible customer service. I will never stop at this McDonald’s again.

Jesus bro all I got was a large fry & they made me pull up at the third window to wait/get it, waited 10 minutes at the third window then pulled over to the reserved drive thru parking, nothing for 5 minutes, I get out to walk in & ask about the fries- receipt in hand; and now they’re serving orders at the third window to other customers ??? I stood infront of the register for 4 minutes. (no other customers in or out) Anyways it took 18 minutes to get a large fry at 2pm on a Tuesday…
