  the worst McDonald in Elk Grove, no one help me picking up my order. I went there pick up my online order, it's just 3 apple pie. I waited there 32 min and no help

  I’m disappointed with my recent experiences at McDonald’s. Every time I order French fries, they come out cold instead of hot and fresh. Fries are supposed to be one of the best items on the menu, but getting them cold repeatedly is frustrating. I hope the staff can pay more attention to serving them fresh, because this really affects the overall quality of the meal.

  My visit was not a good experience. The manager was very rude when I politely asked for my food to be made fresh. She responded dismissively and said my food was already made, without listening to my request. Additionally, the manager was wearing AirPods and listening to music while working. When I mentioned that the lobby was dirty and asked if it could be cleaned, she told me it was not her job. This behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I expect better customer service and cleanliness from a McDonald’s location.

  Dirty. When I came to take my food there was a ton of stuff mising from my order although I did paid for those. Cashier was poorly speaking English. Packaging was also poorly done. I wouldnt recomend going to this location since the one on laguna is much better and cleaner.

  I don’t know what’s wrong with this location but they will mess up your order by giving you the wrong stuff that you didn’t even order. And then they intentionally give you no receipt. When you try to call with a complaint no one will pick up.
