- ABAshley Bisbikis5 days ago1.0I've never had a bad experience at any DB but tonight at 530pm the lady working the pick up window with the pink safety vest on was so rude I didn't want to take my order. Her attitude and service were so poor I can't believe her coworkers actually allow it. Usually everyone's so happy and upbeat, I totally get an off day and understand life happens but there's no way this is ok. I hope she finds her way back to the unhappy house she comes from and takes her attitude with her.

I just went to the other Dutch Bros location in Elk Grove on Sheldon Rd. This is My first time going to two different Dutch Bros locations in one day. When I walked up to window, I noticed like six people waiting for their drinks to come. I ordered a Large Caramelizer Blended with Whipped Cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. The service was good.

Picked it up, they didnt say what it was the handed me. Not sure it was actually sugar free. And the cup was all ice. For 7$ I dont expect a cup full of ice.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
