  Just ordered two pies, the thin crust was burned on top and the NY style was too thin. Very disappointing also cold. They didn't open the box of which I should have. I wouldn't have accepted this. No offer of Peppers or cheese...So 😥 sad. Too frustrated to call and complain. I will never come back again.

  This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant! My husband and I were both in the restaurant industry for years. We are both in the medical field now. I placed an online order for two pizzas for delivery on New Year’s Eve… Almost 2 hours later still no update on the pizzas. The original estimate was 30 to 40 minutes. I called the store to ask when it would be delivered. They put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager who then told me she’d cancel my order and hung up on me. I called back a few more times and they screened my calls. No confirmation of order canceled. I had to use my kids phones and turn off the caller ID for them to answer. Once again, I got a “manager” on the phone, who told me a different “manager” canceled my order! She then said “you’ve called seven times” and hung up on me again. This is crazy. I worked at Domino’s in high school… there is only ever one store manager. This is so pathetic and truly the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ll be calling corporate this week. I will never again, after 13 years of using them on a regular basis, order from them again. My husband works for Kaiser and I work for Dignity. I will spread the word to never use them ever again! Word travels fast.

  We ordered pizzas for lunch today. They were delivered by Domino’s Pizza from Elk Grove - Florin Road. The delivery was fast and the young guy who delivered the pizzas was very polite. I enjoyed the pizzas and garlic bread bites. They are yummy!

  I been coming here for years, and its getting from bad to worst. The past year the pizza wasn't cut throw, and now they saving on pizza topping.. I order pineapple and ham on one pizza and and pepperoni and sausage on the other.. and my kids ask me why there is barely any topping on the pizza? My only response is tariffs ..

  Driver was at the wrong building and when I call to see where the food was the person that answered the phone was rude. They sent cold pizza back to us. The second driver was awesome.
