I had to knock on the glass because they asked my name closed the window and proceeded to make 5-6 more orders before coming back and saying mine was next. I gave ample time between order and pick up. Save yourself the lunch time trouble go elsewhere.

I even ask the young man making my wife's bowl would he be willing to pay full price for the amount of items he put in her bowl.. the customer in front of me had the same complaint and concern.

Always out of something, for example today they took the guac away right in front of me and proceeded to lie and say they’re out of guac. (I had a veggie bowl which has free guac) They also didn’t have any Napkins, and this isn’t the first time they’re out of things. And don’t get me started on their portion sizes, they’re HORRIBLE. What’s even worse is their Customer Service…. which is complete trash. This location has more 1-star reviews than any other Chipotle in the area. MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!
