  They have not completed my mobile order twice now. Even though giving them ample time. The first time they said I sent it to the wrong restaurant which is not true. Now over almost an hour later, my order has not been made. They don't have their stuff together.

  I used mobile thru for the first time and the whole drive thru got their food before me. Submitted feedback online and got what looks like a canned corporate response. I also asked for extra sauce at the window while I was waiting for 5 minutes and they didn’t add that to the bag.

  New Chick fil A in Elk Grove, very efficient staff, the drive through lane is well designed, but it's position in the larger development is weird, maybe when the construction of the other stores is complete, it will have a more natural flow. Food is good. The drive through attendants are superb.

  Food and staff where great. The food what great and cooked well. The atmosphere whether you dine in or take out. And you can find a Chick-fil-A almost anywhere. ( and it you have little ones the have stuffed cows and other toys)

  The customer service is pretty bad. I feel like they are going through a phase of trying to figure out who works best where. Because the service at Delta Shores or Laguna is night and day. The food quality has been hit or miss for me also. This time the food was cooked thoroughly. Previous time the fries were under cooked drastically.
