The Certified Training General Manager, Rudy Mendez, personally came over to check on how everything was and made sure I was taken care of. He was super friendly, professional, and clearly cares about customer experience. What really impressed me was that he even went out of his way to hook me up with a big container of Sweet Chili Crisp sauce to take home. That meant a lot because it’s my favorite sauce and I wish they sold bottles of it! Definitely going to put it to use later with some grilled chicken. Food was great, service was even better, and interactions like that are what keep people coming back. Huge shoutout to Rudy and the team for going above and beyond! It’s been a fantastic turn over at this location! I definitely recommend to check it out!

Servers walked by our table, and I even made eye contact with one, yet no one asked if we had been helped. The lack of attention was obvious. This was our first time here. Despite others warning us about the poor service, we decided to give it a try — unfortunately, they were right. We ended up leaving without being served. Management really needs to be more present and attentive.
