  5 ⭐️ for customer service. Not for the burgers lol I never thought I’d be leaving a review for McDonald’s, but here we are. Honestly, it’s not even about the food. It’s the people. Every time I come here, the staff is just genuinely nice from the ladies at the front to the person cleaning the floor. The customer service is consistently great. Compared to other locations (you know how a typical McDonald’s can be), this place feels different. It’s so clean, organized, and well-managed overall. And so many seats are available inside. Somehow it even makes the food taste better… lol even though it’s the same everywhere. Probably my first and last McDonald’s review lol, but this place deserved it.

  Giovanni Is the best server there. He is on point to make sure every customer is completely satisfied with their McDonald's experience. He makes everyone feel like they are important. In a fast-paced world where there is every opportunity to cut corners, Giovanni brings good old-fashioned values to customer service. Thank you for your hospitality today.

  We had a really great experience at McDonald’s when we visited on April 26, 2019. We stayed nearby for a few days, and we ended up having breakfast there for four mornings. Each time, the food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly by friendly staff, especially one young boy with dark hair. Unfortunately, we forgot his name. Greetings from Poland!

  Stuck in LA because my flight was delayed. Decided to Ubereats. Fries, drink and strips combo. Order arrived in a timely manner however the Sprite came with no flavour, only carbonated. Fries were only filled halfway and the strips super hard and dry. I was already tired from my previous flight so this was the cherry on top. I never write reviews but I wasn’t expecting such a blatant lack of effort and quality put into the one thing they have to do right. Needless to say, not a very good first impression.

  The drive-through experience at this McDonald’s would be fine if not for one employee — Martha at the ordering microphone. Every time she’s working, the process somehow turns into a bizarre guessing game. I’ll provide the code, and she’ll repeatedly shout “May I take your order?” as if she didn’t hear anything, then suddenly go silent and refuse to respond to questions. Customers are left sitting there with no idea what’s going on until they’re forced to drive to the first window just to say the same code again. Strangely, this simple process works perfectly at every other McDonald’s. Only at this location does it become unnecessarily difficult when Martha is on shift. It honestly feels like she either dislikes her job or enjoys making the drive-through experience confusing for customers. Either way, the attitude is consistently unpleasant and the experience is frustrating every single time.
