  I recently visited Topgolf and had a bit of a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the service at the beginning of our visit was disappointing. It took about 40 minutes just to receive our waters, and that was after I had to ask for them. Our food also took a long time and our server was nowhere to be found. Shortly after she went on lunch, and to make matters worse, our food order came out incorrect. At that point my group and I were pretty upset. However, once the new server stepped in things completely turned around. He immediately reached out to management and the manager on duty, Saya, went above and beyond to make things right.Although the visit didn’t start off great, the way management handled the situation made all the difference. We definitely left happy and appreciate the effort to turn our experience around. A huge thank you to Manager Saya for taking care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

  Really enjoyed our two visits to Topgolf in El Segundo. The first night, we needed a reservation and the lady was not helpful, she basically told us to go online and set one up. We were travelling, so that was not as easy. However, for the next 2 visits during our vacation, we had a reservation and everything was great. The bay was ready right on time. Food and service were excellent. We ate dinner there one night during our golfing and had drinks for the second visit. Recommend a reservation so you have a spot. The place was clean and we all had a great time.

  Noah was amazing. It was my first time here and he made me and my friends feel so welcome. I’m so glad he was my server as me being a first time customer here because he definitely made me feel comfortable. He’s the best! 😊🩷 i will come back just to be hosted by him.

  i had a great experience at Topgolf! Angel provided amazing service and was super attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The drinks and food came out really fast, which made the experience even better. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to get Angel as a server again!

  I visited Topgolf in El Segundo with someone, and I was amazed by how exciting and energetic the entire place felt. The moment I walked in, I noticed how many teenagers were already there, either playing at the high tech driving range or relaxing in the lounge area. The atmosphere felt electric, with music, laughter, and the sound of golf balls flying through the air. It reminded me of how fun it can be to be in a space that encourages people to be active, social, and creative all at the same time. The service at Topgolf was excellent because the staff were friendly, quick to help, and made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. The value of the experience is strong because you get access to games, food, and a fun social space all in one place. The quality of the technology and the setup was impressive, with bright screens and comfortable seating that made everything feel modern and enjoyable. The selection of games and food options was perfect for teenagers because they could play, eat, and take pictures without ever getting bored. As I walked around, I felt a sense of excitement that surprised me. I did not feel rushed or pressured to move quickly. I had time to look around and appreciate the details of the space, like the way the lights reflected off the golf balls or the way the laughter of teenagers filled the air. It reminded me of how important it is to have places where people can be themselves and enjoy the moment. I have lived for twenty four years, but sometimes I feel like I am still discovering what makes me feel young and connected to the world around me. Being in a place like Topgolf brought out that feeling in a natural and refreshing way. I have only visited this location one time before writing this review, but it felt like one of the most exciting and teen friendly places I have been to in a long time. I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a place to have fun, take pictures, feel creative, and enjoy an atmosphere that supports their energy and imagination.
