- LKLamar KramerNov 4, 20251.0I've been coming here for the past 6-8 months about twice a week because its convenient location for my overnight job at LAX. I'm done coming here. Last time I visited I was jokingly told by the older Indian man to "not come in everyday" because I came in 2 days in a row. Now Ive had my share of customer service jobs with a range of chill relationships with customers, I would never think to ever say that to someone joking or not. He constantly tries to play with me like he will try to hide my preordered sandwich bag when I walk in the shop or makes say my name like 4 times before he gives me my sandwich. I've dealt with his behavior because I'm a very chill guy and the sweet lady he usually works with tries to tell him to knock it off but I'm over it after that last visit. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 10 SECONDS OF PLAY TO GET MY ORDER EVERYTIME I VISIT. Please retrain this guy on proper customer service etiquette.
