MIND YOU, OTHER PATRONS HAD DONE THE SAME THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS WELL. Moreover, I have seen DRUG ADDICTS come into this SAME establishment and NO STAFF MEMBER addressed them to leave. I had NEVER had a bad experience with the company EVER, UNTIL TODAY. Four police officers JUST left this location, all because I was eating my lunch inside, to avoid random bugs outside. This was VERY disappointing and upsetting. I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN THE MORNING TO EXPLAIN THIS INCIDENT.

Not only were the options limited, but the pastries themselves were noticeably smaller, but still priced at a premium. It feels like Pandera has shifted toward a Starbucks-style model: minimal variety, undersized portions, and inflated costs. Sadly, it’s no longer the bakery I used to love, and I won’t be returning.
