- MOMist O1 day ago2.0I came in today at around 1:30pm and the lady with the pink makeup that was handling the toppings and dressing was EXTREMELY rude to not only the customers in front of us, but to me and my sister as well. Extremely unprofessional and was rolling her eyes very visibly at the request of the customers in front of us. When she got to us she was yelling at my sister and I , being extremely rude when we’d say which toppings and would respond with “WHAT!” in such a rude tone and yelled at us very rudely to “ speak up” . Overall very rude and taking out her frustration on customers , I understand it’s busy , but there’s no need to be rude to people you’re serving and taking it out on customers, there’s many different ways to speak to people .

- VPVishal PatelDec 12, 20255.0Genuinely speaking in times that are just crazy out there the staff at this cava brings it day in and day out. They work really hard to give quality meals to everyone who comes here. There are definitely days where they are understaffed or way to many online orders have come in at once but they always make sure to pump out a quality meal. Nini, mama luz, Erika just to name a few are always there working hard and making sure that service is never in doubt even when the restaurant is crowded or people are upset with wait times. Cava management or corporate genuinely needs to recognize every one at this restaurant because truly they are the backbone of this place. I wish that people could be nicer or less impatient with the staff because it's not their fault that establishment is popular and people love their food. All compliments to the staff please give them a thank you or some love when you stop by because they deserve it. CAVA corporate please find a way to make sure that these guys are taken care of any way you can!!
