Went through the drive thru, it took a very long time, the staff was not friendly nor efficient, they tried to give me the wrong order, and then waited 3-5 minutes longer!
No smiles, no kind words, like I said no personality!!!
This has happened many times at this restaurant, I will not be going there EVER again!!!!

5 stars! The staff were great. Did a late night run for coworkers and made it to the drive thru a few minutes before closing. I placed a large order since I was ordering for all my co workers and Emilio was very polite and helpful when taking my order. The manager Jorge was very friendly & professional. When I pulled up to the window to pay, he suggested that I use my mobile app. Jorge appeared very patient with me, as I was slow at using my mobile app. I'm glad he suggested that I used my mobile app because it saved me some money & earned a lot of points for placing a large order. Although my order was large, the food was made fast and everything was fresh.
Agradable lugar para comer si has estado ocupado todo el día y necesitas un descanso, servicio rápido, a mi parecer solo ordeno desde la app y cuando llegó solo me lo entregan y disfruto.

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app for pickup at this location. Part of the order was ice cream for my neice and nephew on a 100 degree day. When I arrived, I was told the ice cream machine was not working and was offered substitutions, which I declined. I requested a refund instead, but staff told me I needed to cancel the order through the app. However, the app would not allow me to cancel because it showed the order was already being prepared.
When I explained this, the manager was rude, unhelpful, and did not offer any solution, leaving me without the missing items or a refund. After getting home, I checked the app and saw that refunds are actually the restaurant’s responsibility, which made the situation even more frustrating.
I don’t usually speak up in situations like this, but this experience left me feeling extremely frustrated and taken advantage of. I paid for items I never received and was denied a refund. It felt unfair and honestly like my money was taken without providing the product or any proper resolution.
I’m sharing this because I wouldn’t want someone else to go through the same experience.
Literally got to the window and the guy had major attitude when i said I wasn’t using the app and he said how can i help you then like he sounded butthurt i wasn’t using the app and when i got to the window i aint even get a hi or a nothing guy just looked pissed and looked and said “ deluxe “ and just gave me the thing to pay and this is how this company ran is sad .. screw the app and this place never coming again
