She asked for the all American sub he gave her the subway club and then charged us for bacon!! 2 footlongs NOT combos just sandwiches came out to 31 and some change. If ur not gonna listen to what is being ordered then don't work the counter period!!! We said something and they best they could do was offer us some cookies for the inconvenience!! No thank u how about u get the order right to begin with!!!

Today at around 8:20pm i went into subway at this exact location and ordered a protein style bowl. the guy was nice and was helpful but the woman there named "Edith" was VERY RUDE. I asked for pepper jack cheese to be added and she said "ughh we don't do that only sprinkle cheese go on protein bowls and salads." I even offered to pay extra. She sighed and slapped my cheese aggressively onto the protein bowl. "EDITH" was very rude and bad customer service, she should definitely be trained in customer service Edicate. The guy on shift tonight was nice. 6/30/2022 at around 820pm.
