The lady with glasses did not greet us when we walked in and was not welcoming. My children (age 5) and their cousins (10 and under) had just gotten out of school and needed to use the restroom, but we were immediately denied unless I purchased something first. I had planned on buying chips and cookies once they were done, but instead I took my business elsewhere. Sometimes it’s the little things—like kindness and basic customer service—that make all the difference.

Employees seemed to care more about phone orders than the customers in front of them. Then their work pace slowed down. If it's not crowded then it maybe ok. I guess it just depends on the employees and what day it is usually service and quality is a 4.5 to 5 stars i just think they dropped the ball today
